Today sees us launching our new website, which has been in development for a little over 3-6 months. The reason for such a long development time is that we wanted to try and do something a little different – essentially try and make life a little easier for you by enabling an online quoting system.

In short we’ve made the leap over to an eCommerce driven site where you will be able to add parts to your cart and ask us for a quote based on those parts. There are many reasons for moving in this direction; but here are the main reasons:

• we wanted to improve our quote turnaround times (we are always looking for ways to improve our service offering to you)
• have the individual parts online for viewing, you can get to a part in 3 ways:
  • by Broad Classification: if the part is Electrical, Hydraulic, Mechcanical
  • by Location on Machine: Front, Middle, Rear
  • Search for the part by Part Number  or Name. the Search function is available across the site, simply click on the magnifying glass icon in the top right corner
• give users the ability to view past orders

But as with everything new and shiny we are still busy ironing out the kinks of the site, so for next few days you may receive double emails concerning quotes you are requesting from us – this is done so that we can “ghost” the orders and make sure that the system is working to the standards that we want them to.
