Convoluted Full Plastic Poly Wafers: A quick guide to fitment on your Superior Broom

Step 1: Unpack the Wafers from their boxes, making sure to count 56 wafers: 54 Convoluted & 2 Flat.
There are two boxes this makes one set.

Step 2: Remove the wafer core from the Superior Broom’s core as you would normally and as described in the Broom’s user manual.

Step 3: First place a flat polywafer segment onto the wafer core. Turn ALL the wafer segment to the LEFT so the locking tags touch the pipe frame as you fit.

Step 4: Fit a convoluted wafer onto the core, it is a tight fit so you may have to make use of a tool such as a screwdriver to get the wafer on.

Step 5: Take the next convoluted segment flip it upside down, and fit to the core.
The idea here is that the convoluted segments locating nipples fit into the space provided on the other wafer segments. You may have to twist the individual segments into place.

Step 6: Repeat Steps 4 & 5 until you have no more convoluted segments.

Step 7: Place the last remaining flat segment on the end of the core.
You should have a core that looks similar to the one pictured to the right.

Step 8: Fit the Core as you would normally and as per the instruction manual.
